The 3P Model arranges and constructs
the way we analyse, pitch and develop startups.

THE 3 PILLARS

Product, people, Playground

Think about all the lists of questions we need to consider when dealing with our startups. Now separate them into the 3 categories: Product (or service) related questions, People (who lead the startup) questions, and Playground questions, which relate to our complete business environment.

Each one of the Ps is related to different knowledge-area and requires different type of thinking patterns, models and tools.
